Iron Park Capital Partners, LP is a global alternative investment manager with deep experience across public and private credit markets. The firm was founded in June 2019 and has approximately $4 billion* in investable assets.

Connor Antisdale, Vice President
Connor Antisdale joined IPC in 2022 as a Vice President at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Connor was a fundamental research analyst at Aristeia Capital, a credit-focused relative value hedge fund. In this capacity, Connor was responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities across the capital structure in a variety of industries. Prior to Aristeia, Connor worked as an associate on the leveraged finance and capital markets desk at Mizuho Securities USA. Connor began his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a desk analyst in the High Yield group. He earned a B.S. in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut.
Varun Bahri, Principal
Varun Bahri joined IPC in 2020 as a Principal at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Mr. Bahri was the first employee in IPC’s London office. Prior to IPC, Mr. Bahri was a founding member of the Private Credit Group at GIC, where he helped create a global direct private credit platform. In his role at GIC, Mr. Bahri lead the origination and execution of senior and junior credit investments across North America and Europe. Mr. Bahri also represented GIC as a board observer on portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Bahri worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Bahri graduated as an engineer and later received his MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prior to business school, he was also a PG researcher at Imperial College London.
Rob Bakerian, Associate
Rob Bakerian joined IPC in 2022 as an Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Rob was an investment banking associate at MUFG in the Leveraged Finance Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings. Rob earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Taylor J. Beyer, Vice President
Taylor J. Beyer joined IPC in 2020 as a Senior Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Beyer worked at The Carlyle Group in the US Buyout Fund and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Leveraged Finance. Mr. Beyer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and earned a BS in Finance, with highest distinction, from the Schreyer Honors College of the Pennsylvania State University.
Ben Coles, Associate
Ben Coles joined IPC in 2020 as an Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Coles spent a year as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings. Mr. Coles earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Guillaume Droesch, Associate
Guillaume Droesch joined General Atlantic as an Associate in 2021 and is fully dedicated to the Atlantic Park Partnership between General Atlantic and IPC. Prior to General Atlantic, Guillaume worked at Bank of America in the Leveraged Finance team in London. Guillaume earned a BSc in Management and Finance from the University of Warwick. Guillaume is fluent in French, English and German.
William Feldman, Associate
William Feldman joined IPC in 2022 as an Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Feldman was as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. There, he focused on corporate restructurings, liability management transactions, mergers and acquisitions and various types of capital raises. Mr. Feldman earned a BA in Policy Studies from Lafayette College.
Stas Futoransky, Principal
Stas Futoransky joined IPC in 2019 as a Vice President at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Stas was a Senior Analyst at Farmstead Capital Management, a value-oriented firm focused on distressed credit and special situations investments. In this capacity, Stas was responsible for sourcing and analyzing investments across the capital structure in a broad range of industries. Stas started his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was an industry generalist in the Special Situations Group focusing on stressed and distressed credit. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
Jon Gol, Principal
Jon Gol joined IPC in 2019 as a Vice President at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Jon was an investment banking associate in the Restructuring group at Perella Weinberg Partners. At Perella Weinberg Partners, Jon represented companies, creditors and investors on complex corporate restructuring and strategic advisory assignments across a broad range of industries. Prior to business school, Jon worked at Citi, where he was an analyst in the Derivatives Solutions Group and on the FX Options trading desk. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and Modern Middle Eastern Studies.
Jimmy Kleitches, Senior Associate
Jimmy Kleitches joined IPC in 2020 as an Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Kleitches worked in the Financial Sponsors Group within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank from 2017 through 2020. Mr. Kleitches earned a BS with Special Attainments in Commerce as a Business Administration and Classics double major from Washington & Lee University.
Ken Massa, Associate
Ken Massa joined IPC in 2021 as an Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Ken was an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance Group. At J.P. Morgan, Ken focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration and a BA in Finance from Bryant University. Ken Massa is a CFA Charterholder.
James Poh, Associate
James Poh joined General Atlantic as an Associate in 2021 and is fully dedicated to the Atlantic Park Partnership between General Atlantic and IPC. Prior to General Atlantic, James worked at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking Division. James earned a MSc in Management from HEC Paris and BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
Jordan Principe, Principal
Jordan Principe joined IPC in 2020 as a Vice President at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Ms. Principe worked as a credit analyst at Orbis Investment Management from 2018 through early 2020. Prior to Orbis, Ms. Principe worked at Perella Weinberg Partners advising clients regarding capital structure, liability management, restructuring and distressed M&A solutions. Ms. Principe earned an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the College of William and Mary. Ms. Principe is an observer on the board of SBP Holdings.
David Ruffolo, Vice President
David Ruffolo joined IPC in 2020 as a Senior Associate at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Ruffolo was an Associate at Ares Management in the Credit group, where he focused on U.S. direct lending. In this capacity, he was responsible for underwriting and maintaining credit facilities for corporate and sponsor-backed companies across a wide-array of industries. Mr. Ruffolo started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance division, where he assisted in underwriting and syndicating public and private debt facilities to support transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dividend recapitalizations. Mr. Ruffolo earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame in Finance.
Scott Tesoriero, Vice President
Scott Tesoriero joined IPC in 2020 as a Vice President and Trader at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Scott was a Trader at Tegean Capital Management, LLC, an alternative investment firm based in New York City. At Tegean he focused on Equities, High Yield Bonds, and various Derivatives. Before Tegean, Scott worked at BlueMountain Capital in the Portfolio Finance group, where he ran the firm’s FX hedging and funding programs. He earned a B.S. in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Ramy Toma, Vice President
Ramy Toma joined IPC in 2020 as a Vice President at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining Atlantic Park, Ramy spent 7 years at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a desk research analyst for the Distressed Products Group and previously as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Ramy earned a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
Liz Warner, Principal
Liz Warner joined IPC in 2020 as a Vice President at Iron Park focused on Atlantic Park. Prior to joining, she spent six years at KKR, where she focused on origination and execution for private credit transactions across the capital structure for both financial sponsors and corporate clients. In addition to leading and monitoring new investments, Ms. Warner was also responsible for working out various legacy portfolio positions. Prior to KKR, she was at Nomura Securities in the leveraged finance group, where she was involved in leveraged loan and high yield transactions across a variety of industries. Ms. Warner earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Warner is also a member of the Junior Board of Harlem Academy.
Leo Wouters, Principal
Leo Wouters joined General Atlantic as a Principal in 2020 and is fully dedicated to the Atlantic Park partnership between General Atlantic and IPC. Prior to General Atlantic, Mr. Wouters worked at Morgan Stanley from 2014 to 2020 in their Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Wouters spent over 10 years in leveraged finance and private equity at Credit Suisse, General Atlantic, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Wouters earned a MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
Business Management & Capital Formation
Christopher Buzzeo, Fund Tax Controller
Christopher Buzzeo joined IPC in 2022 as a Fund Tax Controller at Iron Park. Prior to Iron Park, Christopher was a Senior Tax Associate at PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management practice, where he provided tax compliance and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in the alternative asset management space, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, fund-of-funds, real estate funds, and shipping funds from 2020 to 2022. Prior to PwC, Christopher started his career at RSM US LLP, an accounting firm focused on the middle market from 2017-2020. During his tenure at RSM US LLP he served as Tax Associate (2017-2019) and Senior Tax Associate (2019-2020) where he provided tax compliance and consulting services to private equity funds, fund-of-funds, private equity portfolio companies, large family-owned businesses, and high net worth individuals. Christopher earned a B.S.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Xavier University. During his tenure at Xavier, he was a member of the William’s College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
Isabella Chung, Analyst
Isabella Chung joined IPC in 2021 as an Analyst on the Capital Formation team at Iron Park. Prior to joining IPC, Isabella served as a Director of Client Relations at Orrick & Company. Previously, Isabella interned at Income Partners Asset Management. Isabella earned a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Princeton University. Isabella serves as a Class Agent for Princeton’s Annual Giving Committee and was a Division I fencer. Isabella also received a certificate from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and is a member of 100 Women in Finance.
Chen Fong, Fund Controller
Chen Fong joined IPC in 2020 as a Fund Controller at Iron Park. Prior to Iron Park, Chen was a Controller at Brevet Capital Management, L.P., a credit investment and specialty finance firm, where he managed the accounting function for the firm’s private and liquid credit funds from 2019 through 2020. Prior to Brevet Capital, Chen worked at MSD Partners, L.P. from 2010 to 2018, a multi-strategy asset manager. During his tenure at MSD Partners, Chen served as Fund Accountant (2010-2015) and Controller (2015-2018), where he oversaw all aspects of accounting for several multi-strategy hedge funds, credit focused funds, and private equity funds. Chen started his career at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, where he audited clients in the financial services industry, ranging from hedge funds, private equities, and broker dealers from 2007 to 2010. Chen earned a MS in Accounting and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University. Chen is also a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
Viral Naik, Head of Operations
Viral Naik joined IPC in 2019 as the Head of Operations at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Viral was Head of Trading Operations as well as Treasury and Fund Financing at Oak Hill Advisors, a leading alternative investment firm, from 2005 through 2019. As a senior member of the operations team at Oak Hill, Viral oversaw trade processing and settlements, treasury operations as well as portfolio financing utilizing prime broker margining, repurchase agreements and subscription facilities. Prior to Oak Hill, Viral was at JPMorgan working in trading support and business management roles across the fixed income business. Viral earned an M.B.A. from the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business and a B.A. from Rutgers University in Economics and Political Science.
Joseph Noonan, Operations Associate
Joseph Noonan joined IPC in 2022 as an Operations Associate at Iron Park. Prior to joining Iron Park, Joseph was at GoldenTree Asset Management, L.P., from 2018 until 2022. At GoldenTree, Joseph worked in an Operational capacity, splitting time between Bank Debt operations and Fixed Income and Derivative position reconciliation. GoldenTree Asset Management, L.P. is one of the largest global asset managers specializing in credit. Prior to GoldenTree, Joseph was at U.S. Bank, working in a similar operational capacity, as a CDO Operations Associate from 2017-2018. Joseph earned a B.A. in Finance from Bryant University.
Evelyn Peralta, Administrative Assistant
Evelyn Peralta joined IPC in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant at Iron Park. Before joining Iron Park, Evelyn was the Office Manager at Tegean Capital Management, LLC, an alternative investment firm based in New York City. In this role, she was responsible for the day-to-day operational and management of the office. Previously, Evelyn spent six years in a similar capacity at Alternative Asset Managements, LP, a private investment firm focused on making strategic investments in the asset management sector. Before AAM, Evelyn spent time a Capital Z Investment Partners assisting the hedge fund team with client relationship matters and database management. Evelyn earned a B.A. in Psychology from Baruch College.
Molly Silverstein, Vice President and Counsel
Molly Silverstein joined IPC in 2021 as a Vice President and Counsel. Prior to joining Iron Park, Molly was an associate at Latham & Watkins where she advised fund sponsors on investment fund formation, structuring, and related transactions. Molly earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Food Science from Cornell University.
Robert Stasi, Director of Finance
Robert Stasi joined IPC in 2019 as a Director of Finance at Iron Park. Before joining Iron Park, Robert was at Kingdon Capital Management LLC, from 1998 until 2019. At Kingdon, Robert worked as a Fund Accountant from (1998-2000), Assistant Controller (2001-2004) and Controller (2005-2019). Kingdon Capital managed two hedge funds, a global long-short equity fund, along with a global long-short credit fund (2009-2019). At the fund level Robert managed the accounting group, prepared the audited financial statements, coordinated the preliminary and annual audit, investor K-1’s, prepared and distributed monthly fund performance along with weekly/monthly NAVs. At the management company level, Robert supervised accounts payable, prepared the budget, cash flows, financials and yearly tax return. Robert earned a B.A. in Accounting from St. John’s University.
Jenn Stern, Executive Assistant
Jenn Stern joined IPC in 2021 as an Executive Assistant at Iron Park. Jenn has close to 19 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations & Administration, and Investor Relations within the financial services sector in the areas of biotech/pharma, renewable energy, and private wealth management. She has previously worked at Pfizer, Radius Ventures, Ambata Capital/Reykjavik Geothermal, and Bessemer Trust. Jenn earned her BA in Psychology with a concentration in Biochemistry from SUNY Old Westbury.
James Varian, Associate
James Varian joined IPC in 2020 as an Operations Associate at Iron Park. Before joining Iron Park, James was at Columbus Hill Capital Management, L.P. from 2015 until June 2020. At Columbus Hill, James worked in both a Trade Support and Operational capacity, handling the full spectrum of the trade settlement process. Columbus Hill Columbus Hill Capital Management, L.P. is an opportunistic, value-oriented investment manager that invests principally in fulcrum and near-fulcrum debt and equity securities. Prior to Columbus Hill James was an Operations Associate at Kingdon Capital Management LLC from 2008-2015 where he served in a similar Operational Role to that of Columbus Hill. Kingdon Capital managed two hedge funds, a global long-short equity fund, along with a global long-short credit fund (2009-2019). James earned a B.A. in Finance from Marist College.
