Lynette Vanderwarker

Partner, Capital Formation

Lynette Vanderwarker joined IPC in 2021 as a Partner focusing on Capital Formation.  Prior to IPC, she was Chief Strategy Officer of Angel Island Capital (a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital).  Prior to AIC, Ms. Vanderwarker was a Managing Director at KKR, where she led the Credit Strategies Group.  Before joining KKR, Ms. Vanderwarker spent 10 years at BlackRock, where she was involved in a broad range of activities including leading the Fixed Income Strategy Group, as well as structuring and marketing the firm’s hedge fund strategies.  Earlier in her career, she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Vice President in the Global Manager Strategies Group.  Ms. Vanderwarker earned a BS in Political Science and Communication Studies from Northwestern University and a MA in Public Administration from Columbia University.  She served on the Board of Directors of the Aperio Group, a research-based investment management firm acquired by BlackRock.  Ms. Vanderwarker currently serves on the Board of Visitors of Northwestern University’s Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences as well as the LPGA Foundation Board of Directors.
