Rob Hedlund

Rob Hedlund joined IPC in 2019 as a Partner and Portfolio Manager of IPC Public Credit. Rob is also a member of the IPC Public Credit Investment Committee. Prior to joining IPC, Rob was a Founding Partner and Head of Research at River Birch Capital, a global long-short credit hedge fund. Prior to River Birch, Rob had various roles at Lehman Brothers – Global Head of Capital Markets for High Yield Bonds and Leveraged Loans, Chairman of the Commitment Committee for Global Leveraged Finance and member of the Investment Committees for certain of Lehman Brothers’ principal investing activities, including Merchant Banking, Private Equity Co-Investments, Secondary Investments and U.S. and European Mezzanine Investments. Rob earned an A.B. in English from Princeton University and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth. Rob is also the President of the Princeton University Class of 1986.
